We’d like to share a few of our favorite things about the Four Suits of SoulCollage®.
Join us and other SoulCollagers for some meaningful fun!
There are unlimited ways to understand and access the wisdom of your SoulCollage® cards. The Four Suits offer a way to specifically recognize and honor each of them. With the Transpersonal cards, the suits provide a synergistic scaffold that supports you and your deck as a whole. In this interactive workshop, Kat and Michele will share examples, experiences, and suggestions about each of Seena Frost’s helpful categories of the Four Suits.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice and for Facilitators seeking to expand their workshop repertoire. Whether you're a dedicated suit enthusiast or a skeptic, you'll come to appreciate your deck and your cards more deeply.

- Why “suit up?” The benefits and wisdom of Seena’s deck structure
- Naming cards and finding their home in a suit – recognizing The Many within The One
- Distinguishing Council Neters from those in Committee or Community
- Tapping the unique wisdom of each suit with specific prompts and questions
- New ways of expanding, refining, and reclaiming within each suit

Cost: $99 Includes: A virtual mini-retreat session of 4 hours length; access to the recording for 12 weeks; class notes, worksheets, and generous resource list. If you cannot attend live, a session recording and all materials will be available to you. |

Kat Kirby is known for her creative retreats, workshops and virtual classes. She has developed a vast collection of SoulCollage® offerings and other expressive arts adventures. After training as a Facilitator in 2006 with Seena Frost, she went on to become a Facilitator Trainer. From 2010 to 2020 Kat trained over 200 new Facilitators. She enjoys witnessing people’s journeys as they build a deeper understanding of themselves through a large range of creative processes. Her teaching experience includes graduate level Expressive Arts Therapy courses as well as experiential events with mixed media materials both in the studio, online, and at week-long retreats in beautiful places.
Michele Manos has been an instructor for groups ranging from elementary school children (creative drama) to medical residents (as a Professor) to enthusiastic SoulCollagers for more than 50 years. She trained as a SoulCollage® Facilitator in 2008 with Seena Frost and has continued taking the process to new and deeper levels in her “Card Games” workshops and retreats. In response to pandemic isolation, she began SoulCollage® Together Tuesday virtual gatherings for which she produced over 40 uniquely crafted workshops. As she continues discovering new ways to get the most from her cards and her deck, she remains a dedicated Four Suits enthusiast. |
