A Weekend Gathering for SoulCollage® Facilitators
May 29-31, 2026
San Damiano Retreat, Danville, CA
Hosted by the SF Bay Area SoulCollage® Facilitator Village
in support of the SoulCollage Institute
In 2003, SoulCollage® founder Seena B. Frost collaborated with future SoulCollage Inc. President, Kylea Taylor to generously train the first of our Facilitators. There are now more than 6,000 trained Facilitators across the globe - each of us a curious, creative soul seeking our own inner wisdom and helping others discover theirs. We are all interconnected through the deep roots of Seena’s vision and the continued blossoming of this transformative process.
Join us as we connect as colleagues and celebrate our journeys as SoulCollage® Facilitators. We will honor and rediscover our roots. We’ll welcome the creative forces of fresh new shoots and blooms that are emerging. Together, we can envision and embrace the magic of SoulCollage® in the new seasons of our lives.
This restorative, informative weekend will include a wealth of activities to expand your facilitation skills and repertoire (and your personal practice):
A call for presentation proposals will open October by 2025. The final program will be available March 2026.
The gathering will open on Friday, May 29 at 3pm and close at 4pm on Sunday, May 31.
This weekend is designed for a group of 60 SoulCollage® Facilitators, so please register as soon as possible!

San Damiano Retreat is a Franciscan center in the beautiful San Ramon Valley hills of Contra Costa Country. Fondly known as the “Oasis of Peace,” it offers comfortable meeting spaces surrounded by lovely gardens and fifty-plus acres of spectacular nature.
Each modest room has a private bathroom and one or two single beds. The grounds include a welcoming labyrinth, hiking trails, and lovely spaces to simply enjoy the view.
The venue is accessible within a few hours by car from most of the San Francisco Bay Area. Up to a day’s journey gets you there from much of the west. Oakland (OAK) is the closest airport, about 25 miles away. We’ll share some ride-sharing tools as the date approaches.
